We were impressed with Art at our initial meeting and look forward to having him work on our project. Art came highly recommended from our trusted real estate agent

Art was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He was honest and even handed in his assessment of our situation and seemed to genuinely care that all parties end up with the best possible resolution. We will certainly rely on Macomber Law if we have any future needs within their area of expertise.

We had out free consultation with Shawn Glen today. She was good at explaining how the County works. She was clear at explaining the fee schedule and what we were paying for. We left the meeting excited that there's someone who could walk us through all the County code and that we didn't have to be bullied. Thank you

I worked with an associate in this office. She was very professional and helpful. I reached out about a land issue. She gave me advice on how to handle this myself , and explained at which point I should hire an attorney.

We are working with the practice for an easement agreement at a property we own and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the subject and clear with their services and fees up front with no surprises. Easy process and looking forward to working with them!

At my first consultation with Art he gave me a good summary of how we should proceed. As a former real estate broker and developer I had a good grasp on the real estate project I had been working on; however he gave several ideas that would allow my project to move forward with less complications. My son has used Art's law firm for real estate projects and is also pleased with their quick response, professionalism, and reasonable fees.

The entire process of myself buying out both co-owners of raw land east of Spokane went very smoothly due to the professionalism of Macomber Law. With anything concerning legal matters that involve other parties that reside out of state, and involving county governments during Covid, patience is needed. Even with all of the minor complications of the transaction it went well and was completed in the most timely manner as could be expected.

For my first time visiting a law office it wasn't as terrifying as I thought. They were professional and empathetic to my case. Easy to discuss the topic and even had a laugh.

He will discriminate if you have body modifications! Here is his Facebook post: Dear Waitress, I’m sorry, but I won’t be look you in the eye today, because then I have to endure your nose piercing, and the piercing on your ears, and those giant hoops that make you look like you’re from central Africa circa 500 AD. I think you look disgusting, and I don’t want to see your tattoos either. Why don’t you quit marking yourself up and piercing yourself as if you have low self- esteem while trying to disguise it as one sort of style. It is the lowest class style you can go in my book. Just bring me my food and my check, and then go away. You look disgusting.
