At my first consultation with Art he gave me a good summary of how we should proceed. The entire process of myself buying out both co-owners of raw land east of Spokane went very smoothly due to the professionalism of Macomber Law. With anything concerning legal matters that involve other parties that reside out of state, and involving county governments during Covid, patience is needed. Even with all of the minor complications of the transaction it went well and was completed in the most timely manner as could be expected.
