I was accused by a third party complainant, who was himself a felon from Missoula Mt. and I was fired from my job for getting a reckless driving ticket. The charges were eventually dropped prior to trial due to the accuser's(Derrick P Fenlon) refusal to respond to the prosecutors attempt to contact/summons. I am still fired, still looking for work,still out several thousand dollars, and my life is still ruined. I seam to have no recourse.

Although this is actually true of any defense attorney Jed Nixon stands out as one of the best Ive ever seen and he deserves recognition for the dedication he has shown keeping his oath, not to his clients, but to the prosecuting attorneys and every other every member of The Bar Association.
