Hired Attorney Monica Marie Flood Brennan

Too make a very long story short. She does not answer calls very often. When you do talk with her she talks over the top of you and repeats thing you've already went over like the conversation never took place and not familiar with your case at all!I repeatedly asked for a copy of the transcripts and a broken done receipt of the charges. I never got any. She will directly not answer your questions. She is not prepared and does not correct mistakes that are pointed out to her. The judge asked her to take care of a task that could impact a case and I had to keep asking about it and remind her that the judge asked her to take care of it and if it will impact a rule 35 or an appeal. She would not with drawl when she was asked a few times. An appeal is in the works and this will be turned into the attorney bar! DON'T USE HER!

Hired Law Firm

I left multiple messages for her personally as well as with her para legal and her staff. If she was not available or un interested she could have simply had her staff call me back to let me know. They strung me along all the while. To this day, i have never received a call. Attorneys are a dime a dozen and her services do not rate well. Definitely let her swim in her own euphoria. DONT CALL THIS AT
