After having interviewed multiple Estate Planning attorneys in Idaho, we elected to go with Mr. Callahan for our estate planning needs (Living Will, Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, and Healthcare Directive). We are extremely pleased we did. Mr. Callahan's knowledge of the law was second to none. His clear and precise explanations helped guide our estate planning decisions. He even added additional protections to our trust we were not even aware existed. He also recommended trust management companies that could manage the trust with the terms and protections he wrote in it. One firm I interviewed in Southern Idaho specifically stated when I told him we were in Coeur d'Alene that we should contact Mr. Callahan, as in his own words "he is the best in the state". I can now see why. Mr. Callahan completed all of our documents on time as we had agreed in the initial consultation without issue. We are very pleased to have found him, and would recommend him to anyone in need of Es
