A resident of Florida since 1984 Harley Gutin graduated from Nova University's law school in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1989 and was immediately hired on at the Sate Attorney's Office in Melbourne, Florida as an Assistant State Attorney. In 2004 -2005 Harley Gutin worked as an Assistant Public Defender winning felony trials and with over a hundred jury trials behind him he joined the firm of Kokoszka and Gutin. In 2001 the firm became Gutin and Wolverton. Located in North Cocoa near the jail Gutin and Wolverton have focused on criminal defense work and family law issues. Attorneys Harley Gutin and Stephen Wolverton represent clients in criminal, family and personal injury law cases.

Attorney Harley Gutin is presently representing me in a civil case and has represented me in the past in family cases. For eight years he has been the person I go to for legal advice. He does not charge me for calling him and does not bill me if I email him with questions. He gives me a clear picture of what legal obstacles I am confronting and the odds of succeeding. I am very pleased with the outcome and the length of time Mr. Gutin spent dealing with my case. He was often after regular business hours . He would respond to emails late at night and early in the morning, which I found to be very helpful . He was very open and honest. I never felt that he was just out to get me to spend more money then I really needed too!

I have used Harley in all of my cases since December of 2011. He has been a great lawyer that has taken much of his time and went above and beyond what he was required to do. He has been very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable in all of my situations. Which has been quite a few in a very short time span which you are about to learn. Mind you, before all of this madness I didn’t even have so much as a seatbelt ticket and I was twenty six.
