this lawyer is unprofessional she doesn’t care about you. . I went to her office. The secretary always say she’s not there. She’s not there many time make her own decision without I know She did not even look any of my documentation that I gave her. I will never ever recommend her to anyone .
Save your time, money, and emotional energy and look elsewhere. I scheduled and paid for a consultation with Susan hoping for guidance during a difficult co-parenting situation. Instead, I experienced one of the most uncomfortable professional consultations I have ever had. She entered the room without greeting or acknowledging me and immediately came across as cold and dismissive. I had prepared notes and questions, but she repeatedly interrupted and focused on a single comment instead of listening to the full context of why I was there. The overall tone felt condescending and completely lacking in empathy. Within about 15 minutes I felt so unheard and uncomfortable that I ended the consultation early. Family law matters are already stressful and vulnerable. Clients deserve patience, professionalism, and basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Represented her own paralegal who was and is a meth addict and on the run from the law now. Should be disgusted with themselves that not only they employed a drug addict but help strip the child from the father and his family that did care for him properly.
