Donna did a fantastic job in helping me with my grandmothers estate. She is personable, knowledgeable, honest and passionate about her work. I highly recommend.
Donna and her staff were always accessible to answer my questions and update me on the progress of my case. When I called, I got a person. When I emailed, I got a prompt, concise response. She did not nickel and dime me. I always came away from our communications with the feeling my case was being processed expertly and expeditiously, as indeed it was. She was straightforward and direct with me in all legal advice. I highly recommend her services!
This lawyer's communications and judgment were very poor. Terrible with follow-up, failed to return phone calls and emails, dropped the ball on a settlement offer, and after the defendant did not appear in court for the scheduled hearing before the Civil court judge she failed to file for a judgement as she was supposed to and promised. I later found out she was also reprimanded by Disciplinary Review Board several years ago for legal code violations. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Stay away.
