Overall just a great man, I write this not just because I admire Howard as a person but because he truly is a brilliant lawyer. I have known Howard for a little over 18 years and there is no better man than. He knows what he is doing and did everything I expected and more. Any other review is worthless in my eyes. If you need a lawyer you need Howard Apgar.
Howard Apgar is by far the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He is a good man who always knows exactly what he is doing. Not only does he know almost everything in his field, but he is also a kind, compassionate, and caring man who really cares about the people he helps. Any negative review pains me to see because that is not the man I know at all. He is a master lawyer, but more than that, he is a good man.
Aloof and completely unprofessional. Does not respond to e-mail, and if he does, it is vague and dismissing. Has a chip on his shoulder. Billed me for e-mail and phone call he never made. Does what he wanted, did not address my concerns. Paralegal was also very unprofessional and I received documents late due to the fact she was only a part time per diem employee. Billed me 10 hours for a 2 hour conference. Overall, very disappointed.
