Hired Attorney Kevin Richard Lynch

I'm a 67 yr old man, so I've dealt with several Lawyers. Kevin R Lynch is not your tipical Lawyer. He's a very compitent Lawyer whose's primary focus is not his fee's. His communication skill, in laymen's terms, are excellent, and he will spend the time necessary to insure that both you, and him, understand the facts about your case. Kevin is a very approchable person, friendly and calm, but can also aggressively persue a issue when necessary. Kevin did this for me during my nasty divorce. It involved a life insurance policy for my disabled Daughter where she was the Bennifichary and of course my wife and her Lawyer wanted it cashed in and split. Kiven really fought for this because of my fellings about this, which were based on principals not the fine print of the law. I would recomend him to the most important people in my life,because he is an honerable man, and a great Lawyer Don Goddard

After contacting a few attorneys, I decided to retain Kevin. One of the best choices I've ever made. I was seeking an annulment, NOT a divorce. Kevin came through for me and I obtained my annulment. It was a pleasure having Kevin Lynch handle my case. Kevin was excellent in communicating the progress of my case with follow up phone calls, email and text. My situation had many issues from child custody to property transfers. These were all competed in my favor without me having to appear in a courtroom.

This is by far and above the most honest lawyer I have ever dealt with. In my life i have had many instances of having to hire lawyers and I did not feel like I had to shower after speaking with him. He turned out to be much better than I had even hoped for. He was upfront about costs and potential costs and outcomes. His billing was completely fair and honest, he only billed for what he truly used instead of creating billable hours to absorb the required down payment. I would recommend him above all else.

I can't say enough good things about Kevin Lynch. I tried to work things out with out with my ex. It was a difficult situation. My ex in turn hired the most expensive, high profile law firm in our area. His attorney misled me, and tried to use legal processing to screw me over. I was about to have a very bad custody agreement get push through the court when Kevin took my case. Long story short he stopped the legal maneuvering, and got me sole custody. I could not be happier with the outcome.
