I had a bad experience with Phillip recently. Not his staff, but him. He wanted more money for additional services that were not part of the original agreement with me. When I asked him to just perform the agreed work, he refused. He was paid in full and I had to hire someone else to execute work he was suppossed to do. Many of his emails appeared very cold and abrupt. This all happened during a divorce proceeding. There are plenty of elder care attorney's out there, I would not recommend.
