This lawyer should not be practicing law. She did nothing for my case and failed to file requests to the court in time. She failed to show up in court on my behalf. Refused to subpoena witnesses on my behalf. Lost paperwork I had given her, such as police reports and medical records. She advised me it was my responsibility to get testimony from my doctor regarding injuries sustained in a motor vehicle I was in. I went through 3 rounds of OT, had surgery with outstanding medical bills, and my case was tossed out due to her repeated failures to attend court hearings, return responses to the judge. I got stuck with all the court costs and fines and suffered a lot of pain due to my injuries. I was unable to work right after the accident. She filed in 2017 barely in time for the statute of limitations and I became ill with breast cancer. She waited another year to file on my behalf and failed to show up in court. She should not be in practice as she cannot do her job.
