Pat helped me to vet ownership in a business. In the end I didn’t invest in the business because there was too many red flags. The contract the business owner had too many open ended questions. The owner of the business wasn’t willing do negotiate and put a value on the business that he just couldn’t justify. Pat re-wrote the contract to make it not so open ended but the business owner and his lawyer just ignored our responses. It was a hard decision not to invest but Pat made it a lot easier to make a decision. Also I did get part of my retainer back. Thanks Pat
