Noah earned his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University College of Law, cum laude where he was selected for his outstanding leadership to be a dean’s leadership fellow, named to the Dean’s List, a peer mentor to first year law students and was the recipient of the Wolstein Law and Barristers Law scholarships. Outside of school, Noah served as a judicial extern for the Department of Justice Executive Office of Immigration Review, and a judicial extern for Judge William F.B. Vodrey of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
