Hired Attorney Gary Levine

I paid Gary to file a judicial almost 7 months ago for a friend, which he did on his own time... The judicial release was denied but I was told before I filed and paid that he would file again. That never happened. He told me once that he would file again in a month and never did. Now he isn't responding to any of my text messages and seems as if he just took my money and half heartedly went through the minimal required motions. I'm not satisfied and don't recommend this lawyer to anyone
