I never spoke with him never even heard his voice it was always the paralegal me calling them however they were good at returning calls. Then when I wanted to settle it took almost a year for that. Then when that was understood the lady that assist me with the settlement part seem as if I was irritating her every time I contact her I guess she didn't understand that I was extremely unfamiliar with this process. I could never get an exact date i would receive my settlement
