I really wish I would have had more patience and just waited out this disability decision. I worked in a medical office for over 15 years and filled out information for these claims. After hiring this firm, I found out that they had requested records and didn't get them because there was a fee. They never notified me of it or I would have paid for it months before I did....important records from my neurologist!! I finally contacted a state rep that is giving me help and keeping me informed.

Absolutely terrible. Worked with Julia Davidson as my case worker. Clearly she dosen't care at all. Lacked empathy or concern. No communication. Never responded well to my inquiries. After my initial application was denied they just left me hanging.
