Amy S. Glesius has advocated for employees since she became an attorney.

Amy was one of the first fifty lawyers in Ohio to be certified as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. She has been listed in Best Lawyers in America in the area of Employment Law representing individuals for several years in a row. In 2013, U.S. News - Best Lawyers Magazine named Amy its “Lawyer of the Year” for Cleveland attorneys in the field of employment representing individuals. She has repeatedly been named by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine to its list of Cleveland employment law “Super Lawyers.”

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
