Poor experience hiring Adam Fried. Complete waste of money. He talked a big game in the beginning to get us to hire him, and delivered nothing. He did not represent our interests and worked out a deal with the other attorney who works in the same building as him. He knew how to run the clock to generate his fees and handed the case off to a junior attorney. Absolutely no results from hiring him, other than wasting thousand of dollars. The probate world is a tight knit community of attorneys working together to do favors for one another. If you have a serious case, hire someone who does not know the other attorney personally. I should have reported him to the state bar as he breached his duty to represent his clients interests.
