Honestly would not recommend “Al”. He preys on the elderly at an assisted living facility and will try to have you give guardianship of your loved one to his himself.
We used him as for a probate case. Since the sale of the property, he has refused to pay the heirs money from the sale of the estate. He stopped answering the phone calls after he told us that he had mailed out checks. When calling him back to see why we had never received the check he became our rate and very dismissive even cursing. If I could give him less than zero, I would do so a year after the estate so he still refuses to pay us although he took $33,000 for himself. Since that time we’ve heard (next of kin)nothing from him.
Marcinkevicius intentionally disregarded my grandfather’s VA medical benefits that covered all his health-related expenses. Instead of using VA benefits to cover health-related expenses, Marcinkevicius deliberately used my grandfather’s assets to pay for “all” his health-related expenses. He even steered business towards his ex-high school buddy’s wife’s nursing home so she could profit from John’s assets to the tune of $20,000 a month for a 1980s hospital bed and TV. EM belongs in PRISON!!
