Her and her office made the process so easy for me, even though I lived an hour away. She was recommended to me and I contacted 3 different lawyers and it was no question that I would use her to handle my divorce.

🚨 WARNING: DO NOT HIRE SHELLY FOWLER 🚨 "The Silent Collector" The dictionary defines a mediator as a "go-between" who helps people resolve conflicts. Apparently, Shelly Fowler missed that day of school. If you are looking for someone to actually facilitate a conversation, look elsewhere. If you are looking for someone to sit in a chair, say absolutely nothing, and then demand a paycheck—Shelly is your person. The Experience: Participation: Zero. Guidance: Non-existent. Effort: Missing in action. The only time her mouth opened during the entire session was to ask, "Where is my payment?" It was the most expensive silence I’ve ever purchased. Every single person in the room did the work of mediating except for the person being paid to do it. The Verdict: If she is assigned to your case, REFUSE. Request a different mediator immediately. This isn’t just incompetence; it feels like a total shakedown. Corruption much? No—corruption A LOT. 🚩🚩🚩
