He helped me get a judgement on the other party.
William Borja is the attorney for my aunts estate who also happens to be the personal representative and the beneficiary of her land trust. A week before my aunt passed away (5/2021), William Borja filed a deed in trust transferring my aunts primary residence into a land trust.. this deed was signed in 2013, yes 8 years prior to her passing, and was notarized by William borja- who was the named beneficiary of the land trust in the event of her passing. Of course, he sold the house & made hundreds of thousands of dollars off it before probate had even started. Gave my sister & I (beneficiaries of her will) a weeks notice to clean out her house before selling. TOOK AND KEPT my uncles & grandfathers ashes- refuses to return them. Estate is still open & going through probate 1.5 years later. William Borja is an unethical, immoral human being who has no business practicing law. There is a reason he has been suspended from the bar multiple times prior. DONT HIRE HIM!!
