I asked Ellen to review a boiler-plate (pre printed, standard Florida) document, an offer on a condo, and she charged me $456. There was one email and one phone call (on her cell phone in a car) and that was it. Her defense was that she got to it the same day and had pulled my previous file. She called that charge "reasonable under the [those] circumstances."
