Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Katherine was recommended to me by a friend and I used her after my car accident. I've never had a lawyer before and I was anxious because I didn't know what to expect, I felt guilty for needing someone and Katherine explained everything multiple times. She calmed my anxiety and fought my case. I won and by the end of the case I felt a companionship with her because of the relationship we built. She is amazing, and I thank God that I used her.
Attorney Katherine Neal was amazing to work with. I have now had 2 cases with her. She was kind, knowledgeable, and kept me informed through the entire process. Whenever I needed something she was there to help. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!
Katherine spoke to me personally about her analysis of my case both - the strengths and challenges of the case. She followed through with me by phone on every step of the matter so I always knew what was going on my case: when they were contacting the other side, what they were sending, when they were requesting records, when they were sending a demand, the reasoning for the amount of the demand and comparisons to similar cases as mine, what the other side responded, etc. She always kept me fully informed. Ultimately, the case settled for above what I anticipated. As knowledgeable and sophisticated as she was with respect to the law and how to handle my case, I was so thankful for her and her staff's professionalism. They were always kind and polite, always made time for my phone calls and questions and always had well reasoned response to my questions. I highly recommend Katherine Neal and her firm.
Working with Katherine was a pleasure. I always knew exactly what was happening with my case. I asked many questions and Katherine patiently answered every one. This was extremely important to me. When it came time to make decisions, I was presented with my options and Katherine made sure I understood the possible outcomes of each option. I was completely confident that I was in good hands and that she was fighting for me every step of the way. Katherine is extremely professional and confident yet at the same time has a warm way of treating you like family. I highly recommend Katherine Neal.
Honestly I’m not even sure where to begin. I have never been in an accident in my life and one day I was a passenger in a vehicle with my boss bringing lunch back to the office when a drunk driver hit us from behind when we were stopped at a light. What I thought was only whiplash, turned out to also be two herniated disc’s in my neck and two in my back. I remember a coworker told me that she knew of a law firm that dealt with drunk driving cases so I contacted Carey , leisure and Neil the next day. I was with 39 years old two children and also a foster parent who is now depending on others to help me with daily With all the things I was responsible for doing as a Mom. With all the uncertainty of the injuries , doctors appointments , procedures just everything I went through the past three years , this law firm has stood beside me thru it all. Thank you so much to Melisa for starting my case And Katherene Neal for Fighting so hard for me! you guys are wonderful!
Katherine went above and beyond to help me with my case. She was always quick to get back to me when I contacted her. She listened to my concerns/fears and was willing to go to bat for me 100%. She was truly an answer to prayer. I would recommend her to everyone and absolutely will never go anywhere else for representation in an auto accident.
First time working with a lawyer Good Experience!! I would recommend them to friends and family if necessary.
Almost no communication whatsoever. The few times I have called and left a message one of her legal aides have called back, making me feel guilty while I was explaining what happenened.
