Katherine C. Neal was born in San Antonio, Texas, and spent her formative years across the United States and abroad as the daughter of a distinguished U.S. Army Brigade Commander. Drawing inspiration from her father’s commitment to excellence, Katherine established herself as an attorney known for her exceptional client service and unwavering dedication to achieving results. For over 20 years, she has focused exclusively on personal injury, wrongful death, and crematory, funeral home, and cemetery malpractice cases, earning a reputation for exceptional trial advocacy and strategic settlement negotiation. Katherine is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a distinction reserved for less than 7% of attorneys in the state—and she is believed to be the youngest ever to earn this certification. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with minors in Political Science and Italian from Penn State University, and graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. Her professional honors include repeated “Top 10 Client Satisfaction” awards and membership in both the Million Dollar and Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forums.
