Hired Attorney

I've been a client of his firm for several years now. He has done my asset protection, estate planning, and been my business attorney. I can't say enough about Alan. They are incredibly fast with their legal work (e.g. got a release for an ex-vendor to sign in 24 hours) and quality is superb. I've referred dozens of my clients to Alan's firm and feedback is extremely positive.

Hired Attorney

When I first met Mr. Gassman over a decade ago, I had already burned through a lot of attorneys and legal fees. I was angry that I didn't find him first. Mr. Gassman is not only a true expert in the practice areas of business, estate planning, and physician representation, he is a man of high integrity. That's the 1-2 punch that I was looking for and I've never look away since.

The work that was delivered by Mr. Gassman was absolutely perfect. He created contracts that were going to another attorney who is extremely meticulous and tears contracts apart and my clients' comment to me was... "Who is YOUR Attorney?? I would like to use him for some future work because these are the best contracts that I've ever been presented with, in my 45 years in law." Hired Attorney

Alan Gassman is my business attorney as well as my personal attorney for my will and my wife's will. He is also the executor for those documents. For business purposes, such as filing taxes for my LLC, I never have to ask or remind him. It is done regularly like clockwork. For my personal matters I found him to be careful and compassionate. He foresees possible complications and suggests steps to take now to minimize adverse outcomes.
