Greg did not provide adequate services. During court he could not remember my name or any other information related to my case. He was unprofessional and unconcerned during court appearances. He did not inform us of all legal rights and or the process of what was to come. Proper documentation was not presented to the judge or the other party. There was a lack of communication during this entire process. I would not recommend him to ANYONE.
At one point, it was clear that the lawyer was not prepared. He asked us for documents we had already provided and seemed unfamiliar with key details of our case. The poor organization and lack of attention to detail led to repeated delays and mistakes, costing us valuable time and money. TERRIBLE experience. DO NOT USE. Very unknowledgeable.
I was asked by Greg Fenlon to participate in a lawsuit against my condo board. I went to Clayton day after day, missed out on work (and the money) after being told that I would benefit financially from my participation. After the trial was over, after my testimony and showing up every day during the trial, I heard nothing for weeks. I sent Greg Fenlon email after email, I called numerous times and I was ghosted by him. FINALLY, he responded to an email that he got his money, but never told me why I didn’t receive any financial restitution for my participation. My condo was one that was shorted on compensation from the condo board payout. Don’t hire Greg Fenlon, he’s a horrible communicator and did a great job of leading me to believe one thing that turned out to be a settlement in his favor. He is the stereotype of the shady lawyer.
