I ended up in bankruptcy using this attorney to protect me from a seller of a business. I needed a purchase contract. I specifically mentioned that the seller was going to remain working in the business and that I would need protected. I ended up closing the business and filing bankruptcy solely because I was not protected in the contract from seller interference.
