Amy didn't not care to understand the children nor represent them. She wasn't thorough in preparing for the case nor did she demonstrate care about the children. She was caught lying, siding with one parent (the parent that was emotionally abusing the children), she yelled at one of my children and yelled at me in front of the child. She lost her composure several times. At court dates she rushed me into signing things, and ALWAYS rushed to leave. I would NOT recommend her at all.
Dan is an unprofessional lawyer who does not return calls to other attorneys or his clients. Dan does not understand the law because he knew the judge would totally depend on the DJO and not himself but did not once call the DJO or work with their office. He is supposedly a prominent lawyer in this area and calls himself a profesional but we were totally caught off guard, embarrased, and lost because he thought he had a good relationship with the judge which was a total lie. Do not use him!!!
Amy Hirsch Diemer was the Guardian Ad Litem for my children. She acted unethical. She did not listen to the children. Amy lied to her clients and me the mother. She made an agreement and then retracted. She made a recommendation to the court that was based on a lie. She enabled and condoned the children's father to lie and manipulate her and the legal system. It is a complete failure of the legal system. All parents need to know NOT to use Amy as GAL for their children.
