!WARNING! DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN! Hired Cynthia with a hefty $3500 retainer in July of 2024 for a child custody case. She said all the right things in the beginning to hook me and I fell for it. Our most recent court date was in December of 2024 and prior to that I wasn't able to reach her in any form, email, phone, text, I never received a response for a MONTH! My mother tried to call her two weeks ago and she surprisingly answered and to our surprise she was so clearly under the influence of something heavy; she was sluring her words and speaking in very long dragged out words and sentences, if you could even consider them sentences. She didn't know who I was nor the case we had hired her for. A couple days later I stated it wanted a refund due to the unacceptable behavior from her. She complied, sent a check, and now the issuing bank is saying they can't verify it. So now she is committing fraud and I'm still out my $3500.
