He does not listen to clients and cuts them off mid-sentence, assuming that he already knows better than anyone else in the room without taking time to review each case individually. In my opinion, he is lacking in analytical and logical reasoning skills, often presenting arguments that do not logically follow. I would not recommend him as a mediator.
