Mr. Yow was very professional and very willing to go the extra mile for our cause.
I was given misinformation about the proceedings and the information that would be provided to the court. As a result of that information not being submitted I am unable to submit it now due to it following under "prior knowledge". I'm sure that this Woman who represented me is normally good but she has made my current situation very difficult.
I had Ms.Goble in a case as a GAL. Not only was she lazy and impossible to hear from, she did not fully investigate either side or she would have seen the domestic violence charges against the other party. She also only went back a few months to the childrens schools which they had not been to long, and did not even bother reaching out to the social workers or therapist that were involved. She has high pick me girl energy and will side with a man any chance she gets. There is posts about her on other sites involving this issue.
These folks double as exploitative leeches with their, seemingly well hidden, covert ownership of "Music City Reputation" best known for the extortion motivated website "theyarrestedme.com" which posts mugshots from various cities throughout the US. The site offers link "remove mugshot" contact link, and upon contacting to request removal of one's info & photograph from their site, they inform you (in an incredibly rude, condescending manner) that the fee is nearly $300 (per charge) to have said information removed. Their representative informs that it is the only way to remove it, and attempts to convince that they are within their legal rights in this matter. They further threaten that they can/will, at their discretion, refund any payment and REFUSE to remove your likeness+information from the site. Additionally, listings on the site are not updated to account for dismissal, expungement, etc. unless contacted directly regarding such, and a fee paid to do so.
I went to court on 9 Dec 2020. The person I was taking to court after not showing 5 times, the judge ordered a contempt charge, bench warrant and a $5,000 bond. My lawyer said its out of his hands and that I could get a copy of the warrant at the clerks office. I went to the clerks office early the next morning (10th Dec) to get a copy and the clerk was speaking to the other party at the same time, telling her the outcome of the judge's ordered. The clerk said that a body attachment needed to be done by my lawyer, so I called the office to relay the message. I was told my lawyer couldn't do it. He had closings to do. I ask when would he be able to do the attachment and was told that he'll get to it when he has time. They would let me know. Due to my lawyer taking his time and not submitting the attachment after 5 days, gave her time to travel to Clarksville and hire a bankruptcy lawyer to keep herself out of jail. She filed on 15 Dec. Not satisfied at all with my services.
