DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. I tried to post my entire story and it wouldn’t let me because it was too long! I could go on for days about how terrible Laurie was. Her representation lost me a lot of time and money. She doesn’t not care about your children or you! Her best day is the day you hire her and pay her retainer. Check yelp or other places to see why! This woman is a liar and should have retired 50 years ago. She does not know how to prepare a judgement and does not understand child custody. She did not fight for me at all and mediation was a waste of time and money. RUN FAR AWAY!
She scams her clients. I had to fire her for making deals w the mediator and opposing party behind my back. She over charged me for doing things I repeated told her not to do.
Laurie was the worst choice in my divorce. She was more interested to stuff her pockets than take care of my divorce case. I lost every battle that I was sure I’ll win. I was left only with bad surprises that I can’t fix anymore or it will be too costly and hard to fix now with my new lawyer. Super expensive, huge non refundable retainer, not professional, ready for retirement. STAY AWAY!
