Incredible lawyer! Made the process of handling my father's estate and trust much smoother and easier than I had ever anticipated. She is also extremely personable and understanding, while still remaining professional.
My experience with Ms. Caruso was horrendous. She initially contacted me saying she was the lawyer that would be responsible for the sale of my mother’s house and all assets within. This was to be split 50/50 with my brother. I hadn’t been in the house for over 2 years. She met me at the house one time for less than 1.5 hours. She kept telling me I would have additional access to the house to decide what I wanted. That wasn’t true at all. I was never given additional access to the house. She kept pushing me for a final list of my choices. I emailed her constantly asking how I could make this list without my being able to take the time to go through the house? She never responded to my emails. I wasn’t given adequate access to the house in order to decide what I wanted. This wasn’t done fairly, without prejudice or ethically. The one time I was in the house she kept telling me how fair she was. That certainly wasn’t the case.
