They mishandled my account and did not pay an overdue hospital bill. The collection agency reported to the credit agencies for an entire year before I realized that the bill had not been paid. They never apologized for their incompetence and simply blamed it on the fact that they have too many clients and not enough staff. I was finally able to terminate the guardianship after going to court and paying out of pocket for a court appointed attorney. Please stay away from this firm.
