Oliver & Weidner, LLC is a law firm with an office in Clarkesville, GA. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing general litigation, real estate, adoption law and 14 other areas of law.
General business and RE attorney. In my 23 yrs in RE and several attorneys, Mr. Weidner is the most detailed oriented and organized attorney I have ever met. On one closing, he was able to locate and correct a flaw (clouding title) the prior closing attorney and title company missed years prior. If not for this discovery on his part, my title would not have been clean. So impressed I had him set up my LLC. Very good listener and quick on his feet. Price…reasonable for services offered.

After another lawyer almost caused me to become a "bag lady", Bill and his team came through for me at the midnight hour. While my final settlement wasn't huge, it enabled me to begin a new life that I still love to this day. Thanks, again, so much for all you did for me, Bill!

I was referred to this firm by a church member as fair in their pricing. I felt their prices were a bit steep for the time I spent in the office and the time the lawyer spent going over my paper work.
This man is bad news! Presents himself well but don't be fooled. Wears Christianity on his shoulder to impress, but is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Has a greater than others attitude with his head in the clouds, Does not listen to clients. He will avoid going to court and settles if he can talk the client into it. Other attorneys and Insurance Companies know is inept and does not think good on his feet, therefore settlement offers will be low and you will not prevail if it goes to court.
They are very disorganized, unprofessional, and very rude! Mr. Weidner has a bad attitude, is unfriendly and commands to the client, like a military person. He is not a good listener and jumps to his pre-conceived conclusions without listening to the facts or allowing the client to get a word in edgewise. We had an appointment in his office scheduled for 10:00 am, but when we arrived a few minutes early, the receptionist informed us that our appointment was at 2:30 pm. No apology, no "we made a mistake" but insisted we show her our appointment, in other words implying we were lying or we were the ones who made the mistake, when they eventually said they would squeeze us in. Worse yet, Mr. Weidner promised us he would have our refund check for property taxes we had already paid, and had given him the Habersham county tax office receipt for, but then when we returned as instructed to pick up that check, we were now told it would not be available until later. VERY UNprofessional!
