Hired Law Firm

I used Laura Bladen. Very personable, knowledgable, compassionate, willing to answer all my questions.

Hired Law Firm

Very professional in ethics and demeanor. Rates overall seamed high, however overall service was consistently high. Respectful of clients terms. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend whom is serious about a divorce and having a lawyer representation them. They understand the court room dynamics and holding back on responses to false claims and allegations until all information is on the table. Then like a surgeon, they cut away all misinformation to get to the core of the truth.

Hired Attorney James G. Feleen

Jim Feleen is currently working on behalf of the City of Claremont to defend the City's efforts to restrict disabled individuals from living in a home on Broad Street. In a letter dated May 24, 2024, Mr. Feleen insinuated that disabled individuals are "transients". He has insinuated that disabled individuals must get approval to live in residential homes in Claremont. The communication was unprofessional and completely unrelated to the facts of the dispute. While he is entitled to his opinion (as is the City of Claremont), it is insulting and harmful to disabled individuals to put these opinions in writing and openly share them. Many disabled individuals struggle to feel accepted as dignified members of society, and when authority figures make these kinds of discriminatory statements, it helps to erode decades of progress our society has made towards including disabled individuals as equals in our world.
