Is very uncomfortable with conflict and retreats easily when up against a conflict driven counsel on the other side. Not able to make solid cogent arguments in court during motion hearings. Often uses words such as "I don't know", "I supposed", "correct me if I am wrong", in front of judge which gives impression that he is unsure of himself. Has extreme difficulty connecting the dots across facts to fashion convincing arguments in court, despite hours spent preparing with him prior to court.
