He was very personable, very understanding. A little too "to-the-point", but I think that is true of about any lawyer. He wasn't one of those lawyers who wanted to stick it to the other person as much as they could, which was a good thing in our case at least. And when my husband and I decided we were not going through with the divorce, he made it clear what he thought I should do, but didn't pressure me to take his advice.
Father in law died year and half ago. It was a very basic will. All he owned was an old truck and 90 sharers of stock. It should have been quick since he is the one who did the will in the first place. Instead a year and half later we are still waiting.
Told me to settle my case which had clear discrepancies in it or he would charge me 3k. Very unprofessional. Rescheduled meetings repeatedly and would even cancel within 30 minutes of the meeting. Just bad business and bad communication.
