Mark is down to earth and easy to talk to. If you don't understand something he explains it until you do. He never seems in a hurry to get rid of you but makes good use of the time. He gets things done in a timely manner. I am thrilled to have someone like Mark to help with our parents estate planning.
He misuses his position as a trustee to be discourteous, belittle others, go on angry tirades, and be hypercritical. It is clear he hates change like 341 hearings being held on Zoom, and takes it out on everyone around him.
Easily the worst arbitrator I've ever seen. Extremely biased, unfair, and pro-defense. If you are a plaintiff, avoid him at all costs. We won because our case was so strong, but he was absolutely terrible and the result was much less than it should have been because of him.
Bender misrepresented expertise/probate litigation.I'm on W Coast-Bad Trustees/Dayton.Admitted he'd never been@Dayton Court nor litigated a Probate case,nor had any trustee removed.Kept saying he'd have trustees removed.2 yrs later, he'd never subpoenaed anything & allowed them to bleed Estate w/blatant breeches.No accounting/no inventory of dad's estate.My bill $26k.Unconsciable.Cinci Bar Panel found he'd raised his hr rate without notifying me.He had attyKevin Frank help him continue the abuse
