Timothy Cutcher was my public defender in Cincinnati in 2015. I made the mistake of trusting him and his experience, and he duped me into signing an open plea, in which I was supposed to get probation. I ended up getting 2 years DOC. He is a liar, a fraud, and a terrible attorney. Maybe if you're paying him you'll get better service. DO NOT hire him. In fact, if he's appointed to represent you, get a different public defender! I would NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend him to ANYONE! Beware!!!!!
