Jack is a good listener and has reasonable expectations as to outcome without making unrealistic promises. He is approachable, easy to talk to and prompt in his appointments. He didn't know how to ask for discovery before trial, first year law students know this. He rarely returns phone calls. He doesn't stand up for his clients. He has pending bar complaints with the Ohio bar and a pending legal malpractice suit. Hes too arrogant for his own good at the cost to his clients
