About Richard Jay Goldberg

Born and raised in New York, I moved to Cincinnati in 1966. Graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1970 and Chase Law School of Northern Kentucky University in 1975.

I have been practicing criminal defense in local, state and federal courts my entire 50+ years and am the senior partner in a small law firm. I practice criminal defense exclusively.

I take great pride in my work and always go the extra mile to reach a great result for all of my clients. Hard work pays off as I have been very successful and enjoy fighting for my clients aggressively and ethically.

If we do not reach a fair plea agreement, we do not hesitate to go to trial as I have tired well over 100 cases to juries in state and federal courts.

Criminal defense is in my blood and always will be.
