He Scammed me out of my money which I sent to him through Cash Ap He is supposed to be working with or for NLPA whose leader Wes Robinson is tongue buttered scammer. These people tell you so much about how they can help, but when they are confronted they run and hide as Philip Pitzer did to me. Him and his so called secretary told me that his fee was $16,000,he later called me telling me that time is running out and my son has a deadline, and I will have to get the money to him so he can start researching his case which will involve a lot of time and work, I told him that I could not afford that type of money he is asking, days after he finally reduced it to $10, 000 then called me back one early morning on March15, 2024 and told me to send whatever I have. He asked me to send it by ZElle, but I did not have Zelle so I told him to down the Cash Ap and I will send the $3,000 . Minutes later he acknowledged that he received the money but never sent me a receipt nor got in touch. I
