About Michael Owen Finnigan, Jr.

Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Class of 2007, where he was a published member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Following law school, Michael honed his legal writing skills working as an editor for American Legal Publishing before joining a small law firm in 2009. In 2011 Michael opened up this law practice, focusing on family law, misdemeanor criminal defense, juvenile law and estate planning. Michael takes an honest and straightforward approach to the practice of law, working in collaboration with his clients to achieve their desired results. Michael always tells his clients what they need to hear, rather than what they want to hear. As a result, Michael’s clients always have a full understanding of both the strengths and the potential pitfalls of their case. Michael’s strengths as an attorney stem from his preparation and understanding of the law, as well as his ability to think quickly and improvise in courtroom settings.
