She and her office personnel were very knowledgable and quick to take control of my creditors. The harassing calls stopped immediately. She guided me through the hearing process and made it as painless as it could possibly be.

Mrs. Lape was able to turn my bankruptcy around quickly, which was great considering that I was about to have my wages garnished, however, her lack of communication skills bothered me quite a bit. I was spending quite a bit of money and for that amount of money, I feel that Mrs. Lape should be working for ME, therefore, communication, and in a timely manner, is of UTMOST importance.
