Excellent lawyer to work with due to excellent follow-up, communication skills in and outside the courtroom, and a straight shooter who understands the legality and requirements needed when presenting before a judge.

Hired Attorney

Her representation was adequate at formal proceedings like settlement conferences and court appearances. However, it seemed that she billed excessive for simple tasks like writing emails and reviewing documents. In addition, she did not follow through with pending tasks at the time of divorce finalization, such as completing QDROs and sending final documents for my records, without quite a bit of prompting from me.

She charges to talk to you over the phone a outrageous rate, witch you shouldn’t be charge to get legal advice from you lawyer will keep asking for thousand of dollars when she not doing anything but charging to talk to you because you have to keep calling because she keeps you questioning things all the time.

I always welcome feedback and endeavor to address any client concerns including billing directly with a client. My hourly fee agreement signed by all clients clearly states I will charge for time spent in telephone conversations with clients.
