Smith, LLC, she represented individuals at a boutique litigation firm and also worked with Fortune 500 companies at one of the region’s largest firms. Along the way, she handled estate planning and probate administration matters, which sparked a strong interest in cases involving detailed asset and planning issues—an experience that translates well to complex family law situations. Jen ultimately chose to return to representing people because she wanted to be in a practice where she could guide individuals through tough transitions and help them make informed decisions when it matters most.
