This was a lawsuit against our HOA that began in 2011. Ian Smith recently received a decision in behalf of his client that is precedent setting after a legal battle that had many twists and turns along the way. We would highly recommend him and will certainly retain him if legal counsel is needed in the future.

Hired Attorney

Ian defended our district on two different labor/employment cases. He was very, very thorough and took the time to learn the idiosyncrasies of our district and each case. Ian explained all legal terminology and processes and helped those who had never experienced some of the procedures, such as depositions, to feel confident.
Ian tried very hard to work around school district employees' schedules while always being accessible.
