Very easy to work with with and quick to respond.
I would recommend this firm simply because this is what they do (bankruptcy filings). I did not feel, however, that my primary attorney, Martin Jennings, was particularly easy to work with. The initial meetings were good, but I didn't feel that I was told everything I needed to know, for instance how long the whole process would take, etc. I felt a little "out of the loop." One of the Goerings actually represented me in bankruptcy court, and I found him to be considerate and understanding.
I feel based on prior experience in dealing with this Firm/Lawyer, they lack a much needed ethical and moral base.
The Customer Service isn't the greatest.
Hold times are horrible...so is the service.
