My attorney was Carrie A Barron, a partner with the firm. She was knowledgeable, helpful, persistent and realistic in her explanations to me of what I could expect. The timetable for the case was not unduly long and the result was satisfactory.
The main partner, Randy Freking, is a wonderful and competent attorney. Over the last several years his law firm has grown...almost overgrown because of his reputation. But because he has grown so much, I sometimes feel the service is not like the perfection that Randy had put into first clients. Because he is THAT good, he usually takes on the bigger, more expensive clients.
I was a part of a restructure after over 20 years of employment and was asked to sign a non compete agreement. I did some research around firms in the area with expertise and decided to go with Freking Myers. I selected Kelly Mulloy Myers as my attorney. I filled out the questionnaire and provided a 2 page document on my concerns and issues with the agreement. A week later I met with Kelly and it was obvious during our meeting she had spent very little if any time reviewing my case. On top of that - after our call i received "notes" from our call... they were actually handwritten. I could not read half of the comments. They could at least typed them in a word document. Overall - no help and a waste of money.
